A little trivia...before selecting "fusion folk" as a tagline to describe duende's music, Maria and Alex called their music "acoustic eclectic."

further trivia...a few months after recording this spot on WDIY, Alex became a local NPR host for "Day to Day" and "All Things Considered." Sadly he had to leave his post after a year to move to Philly. Miss you WDIY!
